If you are interested in joining us as a Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist , please review the following.

Requirements: 

● Fully Licensed & in Good Standing within North Carolina (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCAS, etc)

● Ability to work daytime, afternoon, and early evening hours (at least 2 days/ week)

● In-network with at least 1 private insurance panel

● Specifically looking for a therapist that specializes in working with young children and proficiency in evidenced-based therapy models best for young children 

Preferences:

● Ability to work with various age groups, including young children, teens, and adults. 

● Currently paneled with private insurance companies 

Candidates must be strong in:

Responsibilities include: 

● Complete clinical assessments

● Provide outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families.

● Phone or email correspondence with collateral contacts (ex. School)

● Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and reliability

     ○ Contact client within 24-48hrs of receiving referral

     ○ Arrive to sessions on-time and as scheduled

     ○ Contact client directly if an emergency occurs and you need to reschedule session

     ○ Return client and business related phone calls or emails within 48hrs

     ○ Only bill for services conducted

     ○ Complete appointment reminder phone calls, emails, or text day before session for all new clients

     ○ Provide professional, ethical, and clinically sound services 

● Complete and submit required documentation within online Practice Management System

This position will start with a 90-day trial contract. At the conclusion of the 90-days, a performance review will be conducted. Additional performance reviews will occur at the 6-month and 1-year marks.
