As a Social Worker with over 10 yrs experience, I've seen a lot and learned even more.  Life in and of itself can be difficult to maneuver. As a mental health professional who leads with compassion and understanding, I'm here to help you navigate these challenges and work together to find solutions with the implementation of Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. 

My overall goal is to create a warm, nurturing, and, most importantly, a safe space to share. If struggling with anxiety, life/work complexities, collectively, we can create a plan to overcome such challenges. 

I matriculated  Shaw University, earning a BSW in addition to earning a Masters in Social Work from North Carolina State University.

I have provided short-term therapy for school-based adolescents, group therapy for adolescents in short-term residential settings. I have also provided out patient therapy services to young adults in Primary Care/Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) settings.
