Ivane Saenz, MSW, LCSW-A

Ivane is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) in the state of North Carolina and provides services via telehealth. She is dedicated to supporting adolescents and adults through mental health challenges and life stressors in a collaborative and compassionate environment. Her goal is to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered throughout their treatment journey.

Ivane is a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish) who works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and communication challenges. She takes a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, meeting clients where they are and honoring each person’s unique experiences, values, and goals. Ivane believes therapy is most effective when it is individualized and tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Her therapeutic approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices to help clients build coping skills and increase self-awareness. 

Ivane earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky and has over four years of experience in case management and mental health services. She is committed to walking alongside clients as they navigate challenges and work toward growth, resilience, and improved well-being.
