COURT ORDERED ASSESSMENTS

 What is involved in the drug and alcohol assessment process? 

Your alcohol assessment or drug abuse evaluation interview will take approximately one-two hours.  We will then conduct a complete biopsychosocial assessment and obtain your history of drug and alcohol use.  Lastly, we compile this information into an evaluation report that is emailed or mailed to you within 7 days of your evaluation interview.

What will the alcohol assessment or drug abuse assessment tell me?

The purpose of the clinical substance abuse evaluation is to determine whether you meet the criteria from the DSM V of a diagnosis of substance abuse, dependence, or any other diagnosis. We also provide our clinical recommendations for treatment such as inpatient, outpatient or group psychotherapy to treat a substance abuse issue.
