Charday has over 11 years of experience working with adolescents, families, couples and individuals. She also has over 5 years of experience working with substance abuse and addictive disorders with a main focus on opioid addiction and treatment and co-occurring disorders. Charday not only has extensive knowledge and expertise in working with substance addictions, but also behavioral addictions as well including food, shopping, gambling, internet

and video game addictions.

Along with Charday’s training and experience with addictions, she is trained in using mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) for successfully treating individuals with anxiety, depression, adult ADHD and ADD, anger management, Bipolar disorder, PTSD and other trauma

recovery. Charday has also treated a number of individuals with personality disorders including Borderline Personality, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Narcissism and Dependent Personality disorders.

Charday specializes in identifying the root cause of the problem’s clients struggle with. She has a natural ability to quickly build rapport with clients while using creative problem-solving techniques to help each client achieve their individual goals. Additionally, Charday blends traditional therapeutic intervention combined with a holistic therapeutic approach providing clients with the ability to become more self-aware while being able to implement

action in their everyday lives giving her clients an increased sense of emotional stability and inner strength.

Charday views the client-therapist relationship as collaborative and empowers her clients to be active in their own healing. She provides a refreshing approach and unique style to serving the needs of her clients. It is her therapeutic belief that we all can be just as a lotus flower; having the ability to rise from mud, bloom out of the darkness and radiate into the world.
