Cathy believes therapy is a way for you to express your feelings, struggles, and experiences in a place of safety, comfort and acceptance. She provides a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you can process and overcome your struggles.

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Cathy has over five years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She earned a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Cathy provide counseling on a wide variety of issues including anxiety, depression, panic disorders, low self-esteem, substance abuse, communication issues, behavioral problems, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, and life transitions. She understands that every person is unique and utilizes the strategies that work best for you. We will work together to help you focus on your strengths and develop the skills and tools necessary to cope and achieve your goals.
